Base prices are in EUR and exclude VAT. During checkout, the final price will be shown inclusive of VAT and in your local currency. Invoices are issued by our merchant of record. For "Pro" plan subscribers, tinydub branding can be removed for a one-time payment of €15.
What is a data source?
A data source in tinydub is essentially a place where your content is stored and used for providing results to your users. We currently offer various options to ingest data into your data sources.
These include token-based API, CSV upload, CSV link and Crawler. The crawler is only available in the Advanced plan.
Where is my data stored?
Data is stored on servers in Falkenstein, Germany. These servers are regularly updated with security patches (whenever available) and maintenance updates. Our server provider is ISO 27001 certified and GDPR compliant.
Can I see when a question could not be answered?
With our Advanced plan, you will get insights about when a result was clicked, by whom (city and country), and you can also see which queries did not end with a result. That way you can improve your content over time.
We also show you a list of records that were most searched and most visited along with other stats.
I need more than 500 records per data source, what now?
Get in touch via sales@ivymayhem.de and let us know about your requirements. We'll gladly offer dedicated plans.
Can I remove the "Powered by" backlink
Removing our "Powered by tinydub" backlink is included in the Advanced plan. We also offer an option to remove the backlink when on the Professional plan via a one-time payment of €15. This will include all widgets within an account.
What payment methods do you offer?
We use Lemon Squeezy, who act as our merchant of record (basically as reseller of our software, so we don't have to deal with all the tax regulations). They support credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
Do you offer support?
Yes. We try our best to answer support tickets as soon as possible, usually within 48h. To get in touch with us, you may contact us via email at support@tinydub.com or via in-product form. We speak English and German.
We are located in Germany, response times may vary depending on where you are.
